I just bought a charger and four rechargeable Energizer batteries …. How long do the batteries in promote the Wii? Is this the same as ordinary batteries or more? I had to get rechargeable batteries, because all five days the batteries regularly would leak into the Wiimote …. Rechargeables do not hold a charge as well as normal cells. It is part of the compromise with them for help. Nintendo says that you should get 60 hours of game 2 Regular AA with games that do not use the cursor on the screen, and 30 hours for games that use it. and I found this to be fairly accurate. My batteries (using a charger and 15 minutes left in the charger twice as long, which receives some help) about 75% of the time except when you use the Wii Motion Plus. This thing seems to drain about two times faster, while common AA, it does not that much. You will also find that members of AA rechargeable noticably losing only loads of sitting around, so a fully charged battery will be dead in about a month, even when not on any device.
