bought a laptop on Mexico?

I live in San Diego last week and i went to Tijuana and bought a compaq laptop from a guy in a booth across the street. battery charger laptop fire in the smoke a few days ago and something of a short circuit in my laptop and now it wont turn on. I tried to get a refund, but it works as it does not speak English and does not let me know. should I call the police?

LMAO man … lol … ah I can not stop laughing are you seriously, you actually bought a laptop on a street vendor? what do you expect would happen, he probably flew the last sucker who came to town. I hope it was cheap because there's nothing you can do. As for asking the Mexican police for help … HAHAHAHAHA good luck with that.
