Aa Batteries Specifications

What a good camera meets these specifications? Less than $ 300, SMALL, AA / AAA, .. great performance?

Style is an added advantage. And by little, I just want to whip my pocket or handbag and take pictures easily. Something with more zoom 3x would be incredible. I have a digital SLR, but I would have a point and shoot for everyday pictures. Also, I would like to take AA batteries AAA batteries instead, plug-in walls. Much less hassle, and easier access when on the road. THANK YOU! AA / AAA batteries or Lithium Ion, Li-Ion is very well. Something I can easily take to a store and not having to worry about recharging with a wall outlet.
